Photos from our trip to London in 2017. In order to be on time for our special access tickets at Stonehenge, we took a bus out to Amesbury and stayed the night. Our hotel was the George Inn, a 17th Century Coaching Inn, though the building goes back to the 13th Century (it is all nice and modern now). It reminded me of some episodes of Poirot -- staying at the Inn which is also the pub. They had a lovely pub where we had a very tasty dinner (and beer and cider)
